A mashup of the words nest and sanctuary, The Nestuary was born in a daydream on a road trip back from the mystical Smoky Mountains. Today, it represents a specific journey of self-discovery—a space designed for discovering our truest selves without judgement, expectation, or fear. The 'Nest' is the safe, supported, judgment-free space we work in together. It is a soft place to land where your unique brain is entirely understood, not pathologized. Inside this nest, you will learn to cultivate your own inner 'Sanctuary'—a resilient way of being that anchors you in regulation and self-compassion. By carrying this sanctuary within, you move through life with sustainable calm, clarity, and focus—empowering you to step out into a neurotypical world and truly soar.
