From one neurodivergent brain to another.
Fifteen years ago, I was stuck in a career that felt unfulfilling, false, and disconnected from what mattered most. I was sick, exhausted, bored, burned out, and felt like I was just going through the motions—and it showed. Determined to come alive with greater awareness and authenticity, I leaned into my background in psychology, athletic and personal training, and an undeniable connection to nature to build a coaching practice focused on real, sustainable self-care. My mission? To help you see that you are your greatest resource for lasting, meaningful change.
I’ve always been passionate about guiding others to embrace their best selves. I believe in a strengths-based approach to coaching—helping you tap into your wisdom and resources to create meaningful, lasting change. I am also convinced that time in nature has a profound way of clearing the mind, easing stress, and reconnecting us to what truly matters.
That’s why I offer ADHD coaching, forest therapy, and wellness coaching as powerful tools for well-being. Each stands on its own, but together, they create something even more transformative. When deep self-reflection meets the grounding energy of nature, the path to growth, healing, and change becomes crystal clear.
With so much health advice constantly coming at us from every direction, change can feel overwhelming—but you don’t have to do it alone. I’m here to support, encourage, and walk alongside you every step of the way.
